Many people, who are finding themselves living under rent, often have to deal with a lot of cleaning when the time to move out occurs. They need to be prepared for some really good thorough clean-up in order to receive the full amount of their deposit back. Living under such conditions means constant taking care of the place and not neglecting it. It means, that at least once a week you have to put everything aside and go thoroughly with the cleaning tools and detergents, through each room. This are steps, that will decrease the end of tenancy clean cost significantly. Read the rest of this entry »

There are couple of advantages of using steam cleaning technology for different cleaning tasks. When it comes to tenancy cleaning, here included living rooms, eating places and other rooms around the rental unit, it is very important no traces to be left behind. The steam cleaning tools eliminate everything chemical and toxic with the power of the dry vapour steam. Of course the steam cleaning units are great, but there is a time when their power isn’t enough.

The thing is that the steam cleaning units only melt and dissolve the trash. It is up to the user of the tools to pick up the rest of the melted deposit, which could be an inconvenience and, of course, it costs time. And if you want the job done before the last day of your contract, you should think of something else. Read the rest of this entry »

Everybody knows, that the landlords around the UK are demanding tenancy cleaning performed, when it comes time for the tenant to move out. This clause usually stays on the contract. People, who are living under rental, usually are not concern about keeping the place in order. Simply because it is not their own they don’t care that much about keeping it all clean and without damages during the time living there. I have heard a lot of stories for bad tenants, who have left terrible mess after they have left. One example that comes in mind is this next one. A party at the night before the day leaving. The consequence is mess and everything is going to be landlords problem. Therefore these clauses in the contracts are included in order to prevent such actions. It’s a way of insurance and to be sure that they will get the place as clean, as it was before the tenant to move in. From here, the cleaning companies have come up with the services, that could do all the post tenancy cleaning instead of you.

This works good for both sides. The landlords could be sure, that they won’t find any surprises after the tenants had left, like a home pet or a big after party mess, the tenants from the other hand, could be sure that they are going to receive the full amount of their deposit back.
