Everybody likes to play sports. The feeling you get when somebody wins is just addictive and usually when you win you want to win more. People usually don’t play because they want to win but because they enjoy the sport that they have chosen.

Many people choose contact sports because usually they are most famous in the world. Let’s take for example the most famous sport in the world football. Many people are just fans and they continue to support the game. Some of them don’t play at all.

I work as one of those professional professional cleaners in Putney Vale that clean the house all day. I enjoy watching football very much but for me this is not the sport that brings me pleasure. I don’t play football, I like sports that don’t include contact. My sport is table tennis and I take myself very seriously. When I was younger I had a couple of medals at junior competitions but now I just play for fun.

The key in playing good is a lot of practise. You have to be prepared for everything, I was very good because I could catch almost everything that my opponent throws at me. I had a very good defence but apart from practise you have to take care of your gear. Your racket has to become a sacred object. You have to clean it regularly to keep your top game. I always know how to do it. Simply buy a ping-pong racket cleaning kit. It induces everything that your racket needs. Don’t forget to wash your handle as well. Your hands get sweaty and no matter how much you wash it, it may make the handle greasy and you might lose grip. Simply wash with a damp cloth a little liquid dish soap. Remember to dry it off and you are all set.
